| Located on the far Northwestern edge of North
America adjacent Canada and separated from the rest of the United

climbing to name a few. Penetrating deep into the Arctic Circle at
over 70 degrees North Latitude and extending as far South as 52 degrees

it has more coastline (33,904 miles) than the other 49 states combined,
the highest mountain in North America (Mount McKinley at 20,320 ft
