Over 50% of the worlds developed ski and snowboard locations are in
North America, as well as some of the biggest and best! Europeans
may have invented skiing, but North Americans invented snowboarding,
and its popularity is sweeping the globe.
The highest concentration of best ski and snowboarding can be found
along the Rocky Mountains states of Colorado And Utah in the United
States, and the western coastal province of British Columbia in
Canada. Running a close second would be the US coastal mountain
states of California (west), Oregon (west), Washington (west), Vermont
(east), and New Hampshire (east), and in Canada, the eastern province
of Quebec.
Despite some of the world renown locations listed above, there
is a lot more places to ski and snowboard in both countries, and
some of them are truly fantastic.
